A tour operator company in Bukoba, Tanzania is looking for a manager who can take care of Marketing and company policy development. Qualifications: a University Degree or equivalent in relevant fields, good fluent English, Advanced IT skills, Experience in international marketing, the business of the tourism industry as well as working with local rural communities.

Bukoba is one of the loveliest places in Tanzania. A historical, scenic Lake Victoria shore town. Nearest cities are Mwanza in Tanzania and Kampala in Uganda also Kigali in Rwanda. All three can be reached in 6 hours travel by road from Bukoba. The applicant may choose to take up the position as a volunteer or paid staff.
